The #1 cannabis chef in the world to host a dinner in Vancouver next month

Vancouver certainly loves its pop-up dinners, but there’s one happening in April that is going to be a totally different experience for those who buy tickets.

The Herbal Chef AKA Christopher Sayegh is inviting Vancouver diners to take part in an eight-course tasting menu comprised of exclusively cannabis-infused dishes. There are two dinners, April 6 and April 7.

Attendees will gather at a secret Downtown Vancouver restaurant (to be announced the day-of to ticketholders), to enjoy plates topped with local fare enhanced by THC and CBD extracts.

There will also be BC wine pairings and lively music to carry you throughout the night, which aims to spread awareness of the benefits of incorporating cannabis into cuisine.

The Herbal Chef Vancouver is sponsored by The Quarry, Aura Cannabis, TopLeaf, Farm & Florist, Alair Vaporizers, South Coast, and Liquidity Wines.

With only 60 seats available per night, these dinners are sure to sell out quickly, especially considering Sayegh’s high profile reputation as a champion of destigmatizing marijuana use in food.

The chef has been covered internationally in mainstream media and plans to open his first restaurant, Herb, in Los Angeles this year.
