'Breakfast for Dinner' pop-up happening in Vancouver next month
Everybody loves a good serving of breakfast for dinner once in a while, but what if you could enjoy it in a pop-up format?
Now you can, as Hard-Boiled is happening two nights in February. It is totally dedicated to serving you a Mediterranean breakfast dinner like you’ve never experienced before.
Held at The Red Wagon Cafe on East Hastings Street, this pop-up will be offered for two nights (February 5 and 6) and will feature a drool-worthy lineup of creative concoctions to sink your teeth into.

Expect dishes like bread, cheese, spreads, and condiments to start, and then get into the heavy hitters like Cilbira Manti (eggs and dumplings), Brad’s “Fucking Amazing” Buttermilk Pancakes, Menemen (Levantine egg bake), Pie of “Sariyer”, Sheperd’s Salad, and Cookies & Cream (dark chocolate, arabica gum, and chocolate milk).
You’ll find two chefs in the kitchen at this event: Deniz Tarakioglu from Cafe Medina and Brad Miller from Red Wagon Café and Bistro Wagon Rouge.
This is a sit-down dinner that will be served family-style, and you should definitely bring some cash for breakfast-inspired cocktails (something tells me it’s not going to be your run-of-the-mill Caeser or mimosa).
