Greasy Spoon Diner's next chefs are Ned Bell and Sean Murray

DH Vancouver Staff Jun 25, 2015 9:52 am

Save on Meats’ pop-up Greasy Spoon Diner Supper Series continues in July, challenging yet another notable Vancouver chef (or rather chefs in this case) to take over the kitchen and serve a dining room full of guests.

Stepping into the Save on Meats’ kitchen next are Chefs Ned Bell and Sean Murray of YEW seafood + bar at the Four Seasons Hotel, who will together put their own spin on traditional diner fare.

Bell and Murray will take over at The Greasy Spoon Diner on Tuesday, July 14, and in doing so will grant diners the rare opportunity to taste and enjoy the fine-dining chefs take on diner inspired meals.

Although details of the duo’s four-course meal are still yet to come, patrons can expect well-made, fantastic quality dishes.

Similar to the other Greasy Spoon Diner suppers in the series, the $95 ticket price includes beverages, tip and taxes, with all proceeds going towards A Better Life Foundation program.

When: Tuesday, July 14. There are two seatings at 5:30 p.m. and 8 p.m.
Where: Save On Meats, 43 West Hastings Street
Price: Tickets are priced at $95 each (inclusive of tax and tip) and can be purchased online here.
