Gold-covered ice cream is launching in Vancouver at the PNE

As if you needed another reason to visit the PNE on an empty stomach… go for the gold! PNE vendor The Praguery food truck is introducing chimney cake ice cream cones covered in 24K gold!

The ultra-rich new treat joins the line-up of outrageous foods coming to the fair this year and features freshly baked Kürtőskalács, the Eastern European treat sometimes called “doughnut cones,” served up with soft serve swirls and finished with gold leaf.

To celebrate the launch of this gold-covered dessert, the first 10 customers can try it for free and be featured on The Praguery’s Instagram feed. Find the truck is located on the fairgrounds between Market Place and ToonCity.
