Want to get back at your personal trainer? Now is your chance with [the] Train The Trainer 2013 event at Innovative Fitness.

The “signature” Train The Trainer 2013 event provides customers with a great chance to get back at [their] personal trainers. During this annual event, each customer is granted five minutes to “train” their personal trainer however they choose, whether it’s dressing them up or making them eat cake. Participants can even reverse the roles and make the teacher the student, they can also make their personal trainer run full speed on a treadmill. Participants have complete control [over] what the trainer has to do.

Over the years, Innovative Fitness has raised more than $1 million for numerous charities across Canada and this year the proceeds from Train The Trainer 2013 will go to the 60 Minute Kids Club.

The Train The Trainer 2013 event will run from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, November 29 at Innovative Fitness Kitsilano (2080 West 10th Avenue).
