This Vancouver eatery is closing for the whole month of August
To anyone who’s been concerned Friendly Snackbar on Main Street is closing, don’t fret, the team is just taking a breather.
The 2408 Main Street spot known for their plant-based and gluten-free eats has announced they are closing for the entire month of August, not for good.

The eateries’ team left a message for customers on their Instagram:
To our dearest Friendly customers,
We have decided to quietly close our doors for the whole of August while we work on something exciting and new.
Keep an eye out as we will be dropping hints as we get closer to.
We’ll keep you posted on exactly what “something exciting and new” is, and for now if you’re after healthy eats in the immediate area of the Mount Pleasant gem, we recommend heading to Budgies Burritos, The Wallflower, or the newly-opened Our Town Cafe.
