Get out your yoga mats and put away your wallets, Vancouver: Free yoga at Dude Chilling Park is returning on May 1.
The event runs seven days a week until fall and is open to people of all levels.
“Come prepared to be led through a sequence of asanas, and exercises in breath and awareness, intended to strengthen, decompress and nourish the body, clear our minds, and uplift our beings. It’s our intention to provide yoga sequences that are appropriate for all levels – challenging enough to keep seasoned yogis engaged, yet quite accessible to beginners, or those recovering from injury. Classes will be led by certified and experienced instructors,” reads the Facebook group.
