The 2018 Fort Langley Cranberry Festival is returning to the lower mainland this weekend.
It’s a chance for visitors of all ages to learn about the history of native cranberries and their uses by the Indigenous peoples.
The festival will give participants a chance to put on rubber boots and hop into the ever-popular cranberry stomp.
Also included in the celebration will be a guided tour, farm-related games, a festival market, and a cranberry bannock demo.
The event takes place this weekend on Saturday, October 6 at the Fort Langley National Historic Site.
Admission is free to visitors of all ages.
