All the food trucks at the FREE outdoor movies in Downtown Vancouver
Editor’s Note: Since this article was published, the Reef Runner and Chickpea food trucks are no longer participating in the series.
We told you about the new free outdoor movie series coming to šxʷƛ̓ənəq Xwtl’e7énḵ Square this summer (formerly called Vancouver Art Gallery’s North Plaza), and we unveiled the final flick lineup, too.
What we haven’t revealed yet, is what delicious grub will be up for grabs on-site at each movie night.

Each Wednesday evening from July 4 to August 29, Fresh Air Cinema’s large, four-storey inflatable screen will pop up, creating the perfect urban environment to take in a flick surrounded by the concrete jungle – just be sure to bring your lawn chairs and/or blankets, and some cash for the food and beverages of your movie-loving dreams.
Dished has teamed up with Summer Movie Nights on the Square to curate nine nights of deliciousness based on themes from each corresponding movie.
Each week the food trucks will rotate, no combo will be the same, no perogy will be unbitten, no grilled cheese will remain unturned.
With ten participating foods trucks in total and four trucks operating each movie night, the possibilities for foodie combos are endless.
