A much-loved summertime tradition returned to Hastings Park in East Vancouver this weekend, as the 107th annual Fair at the PNE got underway.

Featuring everything from mini-doughnuts to dog shows, and with opening-weekend promotions in effect, the crowds – and at least one celebrity – came out in droves to take in all the offerings.
