On the eve of Ramadan, we will take you on a trip to discover flavors from various Mediterranean countries, such as Morocco, Lebanon and Turkey. I will demonstrate the following and you get to sit down and enjoy the full meal in our restaurant with wine.
Lebanese Tabbouleh: Rich in herbs and flavor, a fresh salad and perfect side to your summer bbq
Preserved Lemons Chicken Tagine: Slow cooked in Moroccan spices + learn how to make your own Ras El Hanout spice blend! and preserved lemons!
Pistachio Baklava: rich and sweet pastry that you can enjoy with mint tea or take home for later!
This is a demonstration event, however I will get you to participate as much as possible. You will be able to watch, ask questions and eat in the restaurant, in a relax atmosphere, with a glass of wine (one glass per person offered, more wine available for purchase).
