Internationally acclaimed yogi and spiritual leader Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev is coming to Vancouver May 27 and 28 at the Vancouver Convention Centre to guide his listeners through the secrets to inner peace or what Vasudev’s organization the Isha Foundation calls “inner engineering.”
Classified as one of the world’s most respected and contemporary gurus, Vasudev, a New York Times bestselling author, an advisor to the United NAtions and one of India’s 50 most influential people, has offered the program to thousands around the world who have reported feeling many positive results from the experience.
“We know Vancouver is a very culturally diverse urban centre that prides itself in embracing progressive ideas about general wellbeing. We are confident they will recognize this two-day course is a very unique and enriching opportunity to improve one’s life both on a physical and emotional level,” says Alicja Kielbik, a long time Vancouver volunteer.
To attend the program and life-changing experience, participants have to first prepare themselves for it by taking the foundation’s online course that walks them through the program’s core elements which includes the Shambavi Mahamudra Kriya, a 21-minute yoga practice. The foundation defines inner engineering as “an opportunity to engineer an inner transformation that deepens your perception, bringing about a dimensional shift in the very way you look at your life, your work, and the world that you inhabit. It is offered as an intensive program for personal growth and establishes the possibility of exploring the higher dimensions of life, in addition to optimizing health and success.”
