Join Julie and Haley for a deeply relaxing, stress-melting experience that combines restful Restorative yoga with gentle hands-on attention, healing touch, and massage. Rest in the most comfortable positions possible supported by plenty of props, and then go deep into the healing experience of a nervous system calmed and supported by hands-on work from both Haley and Julie.
Everyone is welcome to this gentle practice; no particular experience or level of ability is required other than being able to sit and lie down on the ground. Pregnancy is fine. Just let us know if you are working with any particular issues. Attendance will be limited to 20 people.
