This class is couples only, you will need to book in pair. However, feel free to come with your girlfriend, dad, whoever! $85 per person, $170 per couple.

The menu demonstrated and served:
Onion Soup: Slow caramelized onions in a rich beef broth, covered with a slice of bread and crusted swiss cheese. A French classic!
Aumoniere de Saumon: Salmon wrapped in purse shape phyllo dough. Melt in your mouth salmon inside and crispy outside. Served with a “beurre blanc” traditional white wine sauce
Crème brûlée: no description needed! Indulge in this sexy, creamy and crackling caramel top dessert for finish!
You will be served a savory snack upon arrival, and get to eat everything that is made during the class, in the restaurant room, while enjoying a glass of wine! A candle light setting will await for the occasion, and each guest will be served one glass of wine, sparkling or white (paired with the food prepared). Additional wine available for purchase during the class.
