The Worrier to Warrior workshop was created by Lisa Dumas, an experienced yoga teacher who conquered disordered anxiety and panic through her own practice of yoga and meditation. Attain the tool box of techniques Lisa collected on her path, including gentle yoga, intentional movement, breath work, meditations, visualizations, self inquiry and contemplative journaling.
This workshop offers techniques to help you become grounded, present and calm within your body. No previous yoga experience is required. The Worrier to Warrior workshop is a journey of self discovery to self love.
