16 places to get sweet Easter treats in Vancouver

This year Easter Sunday falls on April 16, and if you head to one of these spots to pick up grub, it’s going to be one tasty holiday. From chocolates to teas, Vancouver’s got Easter on lock when it comes to food.

1. Beaucoup Bakery & Café

Beacoup’s hot cross buns are back for Easter, and that means it’s time to get ’em while their hot! Made with buttery brioche, candied lemon and orange peel, currants, and a pinch of spice, these buns can be purchased in-store or ordered in advance for celebrations. They will be stocked daily now until April 16, for larger orders customers are asked to call ahead.

2. Bel Café

Bel Café has some great seasonal Easter treats and takeaways available this year including fruity hot cross buns (which can be pre-ordered in larger quantities), a sweet entremet with balanced flavours of blackberry, citrus and verbena, or the salted caramel and milk chocolate choux puff.
