Easter Seals Drop Zone 2012

You may have ran, biked, or walked for a cause but not many can say that they have rappelled 20 stories off of a downtown office building. The good news is that you now can. The Easter Seals Drop Zone is raising funds for BC’s children with disabilities and they want your help. Now is your chance to become a superhero and rappel down a 20 storey downtown office building on September 11, 2012 in support of Easter Seals.

Drop Zone Superheroes do more than just defy gravity by scaling a skyscraper. They help hundreds of kids with disabilities and Easter Seals Families across BC by raising much needed funds for Easter Seals Services –Easter Seals Camps for children with disabilities andEaster Seals Houses Easter Seals Houses. To participate, you need to register ($50) and raise a minimum of $1,000. You can fundraise as a team, by yourself or even in pairs. And it’s easier than you think. If you have 10 friends that are willing to donate $100 each to watch you drop 20 storeys in your superhero tights. For more information on registration, click here.

All rappellers who raise $1000 will get a Drop Zone technical shirt, a superhero photo and an invitation to the Drop Zone Reception. Superheroes who go above and beyond the call of duty and raise over $2500 will be entered into a draw to win a flight for 2 anywhere WestJet flies! The top 10 superheroes who raise over $2500 by midnight on Sunday, September 9th will get a video of their rappel courtesy of EcoVideo*
