12 Days of Giveaways: Help support the oceans with the Vancouver Aquarium

There’s more than one kind of gift that keeps on giving.

The Vancouver Aquarium is giving away a family membership for our #DH12Days campaign. This membership is good for two adults and up to four kids. It lets you visit the Aquarium as many times as you’d like during the year, and includes tons of great perks.

Membership to the Vancouver Aquarium directly supports its conservation, research and education initiatives, but that’s not the only way the aquarium supports the oceans.

It’s also giving out a symbolic adoption kit for BC’s wild killer whales through the aquarium’s killer whale adoption program. This gift directly supports the aquarium’s conservation-oriented research of wild killer whales – research that is proving essential in the effort to protect these magnificent animals and their habitat.

The prize

• An adoption certificate for the symbolic adoption of a wild killer whale
• ID photo and biography of the adopted whale
• USB Flash Drive featuring the sounds of BC’s killer whales
• Annual adopters’ newsletter, “Blackfish Sounder”
• A reusable tote bag

The prize package is valued at $265.
