Collingwood East Village

By DH Vancouver Staff, DH Vancouver Staff Oct 13, 2011 11:17 am

Collingwood Village in East Vancouver  has the largest concentration of residential towers in East Vancouver. In fact there are more towers here then in all of Surrey (aka the Future of Metro Vancouver). In addition to the 15+ towers already there an additional 4 buildings have been proposed for  Collingwood East Village.

The architect for the project is GBL Architects and the condos will be developed by Wall Financial. The proposal calls for 4 towers, the tallest will be 85 meteres (the tallest in the neighbourhood). The towers will be 29, 30, 28 and 6 storey buildings respectively. They will be located on Boundary road (across from what is the Telus building for now).

More on this as it develops.
