As if we needed another reason to love Christine Sinclair.

The Burnaby native and greatest Canadian female soccer player of all-time will be working at A&W on West Broadway in Vancouver today, raising money for the MS Society of Canada.

It’s part of A&W’s annual Burgers to Beat MS Day, a Canada-wide event that has raised over $9 million to date. It’s the single largest annual corporate fundraiser for the MS Society of Canada.

This is a cause close to the two-time Olympic medallist’s heart, as her mother was diagnosed with MS when Christine was a young girl. MS is a disease that affects one in every 340 Canadians.

Sinclair will be serving up root beer floats for a minimum donation of $2, 100% of which will go directly to the MS Society of Canada.

For a chance to meet Sinclair, head over to the 467 West Broadway location of A&W (at at the corner of Cambie and Broadway) between 11:30 am and 1 pm.
