You can fly from Vancouver to Miami for $285 this winter

If you’re one to seek warmer, sunnier places during the winter, then you’re in luck. We’ve got a flight deal for all you snowbirds.

WestJet has reduced the prices of several flights from Vancouver (YVR) to Miami, Florida (MIA) this winter.

Thanks to YVR Deals, you can now fly for as low as $285 roundtrip this January and February.

Be sure to bring a book though, as the flights are close to 10 hours each way with a stop in Toronto on both the departing and returning leg.

Prices for flights around January and February can cost anywhere from $450 to $700 or more. So if Florida in on your travel list, don’t miss this deal.

Here’s how to book the deal:

1. Visit the Skyscanner website.

2. Enter your departing and returning destination as Vancouver (YVR) and Miami, Florida (MIA), respectively.

3. Upon selecting a date, change the date selection tab to “whole month” and select “cheapest month.”
