Vancouver’s Gastown is home to the famous Steam Clock, Gassy Jack statue, and some of the best restaurants in the city. From Mediterranean to Mexican food, here are some of the best cheap eats in the historic part of Vancouver.

Menu 604

Found on the corner of Cambie and Hastings, you can satisfy your Mediterranean cravings with anything on the menu for under $10. Try the Beef/Lamb Donair for $6.50, it will not disappoint.

Nothing can beat the combination of 80’s/90’s hits, vibrant decor and great Mexican food. A quintessential Gastown spot for cheap eats, at Gringo you can get a taco for $2.75 or 3 tacos for $8.

If the smell isn’t enough to pull you in, the prices surely will. From sweet to savory, this bakery has it all with most of the items being under $10. Our favourites are the Lemon Crumble or the Bacon and Chive Scone.
