Dragons’ Den, Canada’s number one unscripted program, returned to CBC Television on Wednesday September 19th. This season they have a new Dragon — Canada’s best known personal finance author, David Chilton.

Chilton is a former stock broker and bestselling author of the personal finance book The Wealthy Barber, ranked as Canada’s all-time bestselling book, having reached 10 per cent of Canadian households. He’s also had incredible success as publisher and president of a series of low-fat cookbooks under the Looneyspoons brand. Chilton has been a devoted fan of Dragons’ Den since its debut and looks forward to backing strong entrepreneurs who brave the den this season.

This week on Dragons Den, a distillery business hopes the Dragons will take a shot at an investment; a posture perfectionist tries to set the Dragons straight; and a yard work tool causes a Dragon showdown. Plus a pitcher takes flight in the Den, with hopes of shredding the competition.

Think you can guess who the Dragons will invest in? While you watch, become an Armchair Dragon and play along with an interactive platform that allows you engage with the broadcast in real-time. For the best experience, participate using your mobile device or PC by visiting during Dragons’ Den Wednesday evenings at 8 PM.
