Oscar-winner Casey Affleck spotted filming in Vancouver (PHOTOS)

2017’s Academy Award winner for Best Actor Casey Affleck was spotted by our downtown cameras Friday filming his newest movie, Light of My Life.

Casey is both directing and starring in the film about a father and daughter trapped in the woods after a pandemic strikes. On Friday, Affleck and his co-star shot a scene in Gastown where they walked down the street.

Light of My Life will move production to Vancouver Island next week for the forest sequences.
