To make it better, there are even more awesome new additions to the conference this year.

You’ll find dozens of Canada’s greatest privately-held technology companies showcasing their products at the Cantech Futures stage. And when you’re finished there you can go along to the Virtual Reality Village, which will be hosting Canada’s most innovative virtual and augmented reality companies.

Tickets to the event are available via CantechConf.com and cost $50 in advance, $30 for students, or $80 if you choose to pay at the door. You can use promo code HIVE25 at the checkout ahead of the event to get 25% off.

Once you’re registered, you have the opportunity to pre-arrange one-on-one meetings in the lounge on the show floor – a great way to connect with business leaders and influencers.

More than 30 speakers will be presenting on a variety of topics including; Blockchain and cryptocurrencies, Artificial Intelligence and machine learning, Augmented and Virtual Reality, Security and Marketplaces, Robotics and Drones, Biotech and Health, Fintech, and Cleantech.

Past speakers include Edward Snowden, astronaut Chris Hadfield, BNN anchor Michael Hainsworth, and Dragon’s Den cast members; Bruce Croxon, Michael Wekerle, and Dianne Buckner. And you can definitely can expect big things from this year’s speaker lineup which will be released soon!

“Cantech18 is shaping up to be our biggest and best conference ever,” said Nick Waddell, founding editor of Cantech Letter. “I’m particularly excited about the Cantech Futures stage, where we will showcase Canada’s best private technology companies. But on all three stages over 60,000 square feet, Canada’s biggest tech conference will expose attendees to the hottest trends in technology, such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain and Fintech.”

The Canadian tech party of the year (AKA the official Cantech afterparty), will be taking place at the Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada after the conference. So you might want to add that to your calendar, too. Tickets to the event cost $30 via CantechConf.com, promo codes do not apply.
