Certainly, there’s coziness and indulgence to be found at Bacchus, Bishop’s is an essential Vancouver spot, and CinCin’s wood-fired Italian fare is an enduring classic…but there are so many other places that this list, by its own virtue, leaves off.
So take this ranking with a grain of salt if you’re going to book something for February 14 for you and your sweetie. It’s more like a starting point.
Instead, consider holding hands across the table at Jules Bistro in Gastown, or splitting an excellent bottle of wine and exploring Chef Andrea Carlson’s inspired cuisine at her intimate Burdock & Co. You also might want to cozy up in the candlelight of Wildebeest, or dress to impress at Hawksworth, instead. You’ll just have to make your reservations directly with them.
