Have you ever dreamed of owning a charbroiled home? Would you pay millions for it? Well, you might be in luck.

A home near Commercial Drive that was severely damaged by a fire last week is selling for nearly $2 million.  The description of the home at 2190 Graveley Street recommends the new owner not enter the three bedroom, two bathroom house at all.

The 6,039 square foot lot has been rezoned to accommodate a duplex and even has plans for one, should the new owners or investors choose to build it.

The average price of a home in the Commercial Drive area, according the RE/MAX, is $744,000.

This listing comes on the heels of a less-than-stellar Point Grey home that recently sold for nearly $2.5 million, $80,000 over its asking price. Another Vancouver teardown sold for $1 million over the asking price earlier this month.
