Metro Vancouver’s most magical Christmas light display is now on display for another season and is dazzling all who come to check it out for themselves.
Now in its 20th year, Bright Nights in Stanley Park features over three million dazzling lights decorating acres of the dark forest, even reaching as high as the forest canopy.
The attraction is also accompanied by a train ride, music, snacks, entertainment, and even visits with Santa and his elves.
The annual tradition is operated and installed by 800 firefighters – it is a task that requires 8,000 hours of set-up over three months.
All told, Bright Nights attracts 200,000 visitors every year and those who have already seen this year’s display have wasted no time sharing their shots on social media.
