This bougie Vancouver lounge is the perfect place to host a holiday party

On the menu, you’ll find only dishes made with organic ingredients as Silk Lounge is the first restaurant serving Indian food in Vancouver to do so. They even grow some of their own organic herbs and vegetables, too.

Chefs in the open kitchen at Silk Lounge don’t cook for speed. Instead, they maximize flavour by using organic, cold-pressed, and unrefined oils (if they have to). Absolutely nothing is deep fried in the kitchen and food is cooked over a direct flame in a clay tandoor oven.
At the bar, order freshly-squeezed juice, organic wines, craft cocktails, or any other adult beverage you desire.

Silk Lounge will be open seven days a week for the month of December so you can host a lunchtime party or an evening soiree. Choose from a three-course set menu for the holidays and gather around the table to enjoy each bite.
With vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options, there’s something for everyone. And chefs at Silk Lounge will even work with you to create a menu of your choice.
