Located in Yaletown, this yoga studio specializes in everything hot yoga. So grab your mat and get ready to sweat while doing the 26 traditional yoga postures in this one-hour only class, all while in a infrared heated room.

Oxygen Yoga & Fitness
If you’re looking for something a bit more intense, try Oxygen Yoga & Fitness. Their classes are known to combine yoga with challenging aerobics exercise to get your heart racing, all while in a far infrared heated room.
They offer various classes from hot power yoga to deep stretch and relaxation. New classes include Bar Flow and Bar Fusion, as well as Broga, a class designed specifically for men.

Karma Teachers
Practice your warrior pose without breaking the bank. Vancouver yogis know that classes are not always cheap, but Karma Teachers studio in Gastown is changing that.
The yoga studio is all about community building, and has an open door policy to anyone who cannot afford yoga. They offer all classes by donation or if you have nothing to give, simply a smile will do – how sweet! They are known as one of Canada’s only full time yoga studio who operates solely on donations.

Unity Yoga Teahouse
You can also try a Karma class at Unity Yoga Teahouse, on Saturdays you can attend their class by simply bringing a non-perishable item to donate to the Vancouver Food Bank.
Other classes include Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa and Acroyoga with a partner. This class welcomes all levels and combines traditional yoga with acro-balance and Thai massage all in one.
