This Yaletown eatery has more than just delicious Canadian cuisine. The massive wine list at this spot features wines from all over the world, and includes a fantastic variety of BC selects as well. At Brix & Mortar guests can opt for wine flights (red, white), and bottles that vary in price, so there’s something for everyone here.

2. España Restaurant

3. Grapes & Soda Wine Bar

Grapes & Soda is Vancouver’s first natural wine bar. This South Granville spot is the sister restaurant to Farmer’s Apprentice, and it has an ever-changing selection of organic, natural, and biodynamic wines. Grapes & Soda only seats about 30 people, so it is a great place to relax and catch up over a glass of the good stuff.

4. JOEY Bentall One

The JOEY in the Bentall Centre is a great spot to head for a good glass of wine or two. The selection here is wide and comes from BC and around the globe. Happy hour at JOEY is from 3 to 6 pm daily, and from Sunday to Thursday from 9 pm to close.

This casual Italian restaurant in the heart of Kitsilano has a killer wine list. Dolce, Rosso, Bianco, and Spumante – you name it, they’ve got it.

Uva has a fantastic selection of wine in general. But this wine bar also offers wine tasting flights, which are a great way to try a handful of makers in just one sitting. Flights here have themes like the “Pretty Things”, an exotic fruit and flower-inspired flight, the “Rain Shadows”, a trio of reds, and the “Italian Tourist” flight.
