Nestled between a delicious thin chocolate wafer, the ice cream sandwiches ($5.99) at this Gastown Bakery are an extremely popular treat, particularly when the weather begins to heat up. Cadeaux Bakery always carries their classic vanilla ice cream sandwich and the second is a flavour that changes regularly. Right now it is toffee pecan.
