#BCTechSummit announces keynote speakers for 2018 Vancouver event

After another successful event this past year, the third annual #BCTechSummit will return to the Vancouver Conention Centre from May 14 to 16, 2018.

And on Tuesday morning, the events keynote speakers were announced.

Taking the stage at Western Canada’s biggest tech event will be Brent Bushnell – CEO and co-founder of Two-Bit Circus.

Bushnell’s company is a global leader in immersive entertainment, virtual reality, mixed reality and augmented reality. He is an expert in the art of engagement and passionate about creating new ways to capture people’s hearts and minds with new technologies.

He will be joined by fellow keynote speaker, Jared Cohen – founder of Google Ideas and CEO of Jigsaw.

Cohen is also a bestselling New York Times author and was named to TIME Magazine’s “100 Most Influential People” in 2013.

He will shed light on the next big technological innovations and how they impact our world.

The #BCTECH Summit showcases BC’s vibrant technology industry, builds cross-sector opportunities for businesses and explores the ways technology is fuelling growth and innovation across all industries at an unprecedented rate.
