A new(ish) spot for Pan Asian fusion eats just opened in Vancouver
Bao Down has taken its recently-opened seafood concept in Gastown (Edwards Seafood & Spirits) and turned it back into the original Bao Down we know and love, now aptly named Bao Down OG.

Located at 12 Powell Street, this was the first Bao Down location for co-owner Matt Adolfo and his business partner, Executive Chef Greg Edwards. Now it’s back in operation for patrons to enjoy.
The menu consists of the spot’s signature baos, rice bowls, housemade fries, and munchies such as chicken wings, BBQ salmon wraps, and more.

In true Bao Down fashion, this location has reopened with a happy hour from 3 to 6:30 pm daily with drink deals.
Be sure to stop down the new-ish eatery if you missed it in its absence.
