You only have one day to try this decadent brisket burger from Au Comptoir
If you head to Au Comptoir on Friday, July 14 you’ll be able to get a one-time-only item – the ‘Tournedos Rossini’ burger.
This burger was created by Chef Dan McGee to celebrate Bastille Day, formerly la Fête nationale, a day which commemorates the Storming of the Bastille back in 1789.

The ‘Tournedos Rossini’ burger is a combo of a dry-aged brisket patty, truffled raclette cheese, seared foie gras, grainy dijon aioli, and caramelized shallots topped with a Madeira glaze and served between a pain au lait toasted and coated with a layer of truffle butter.
Get this guy for $28 during the Kitsilano restaurant’s lunch or dinner service this Friday, or you’ll miss your chance forever.
