Vancouver's croissant-centric bakery opens next week

We told you about Vancouver’s new croissant-centric bakery a few months ago, but now there’s an official opening date, and we can taste those fluffy, buttery croissants already.

Angus T, located at 1036 Mainland Street in Yaletown, has had a sign in their window teasing us with promises of “artisan handcrafted croissants and delicious pastries made right in front of your eyes,” and it looks like you’ll finally be able to get some during their soft open on May 9.

Milano Coffee Roasters posted a photo of the signage at Angus T, signalling they will be the coffee provider for the soon-to-be-open Yaletown eatery.
