Abbotsford school on lockdown after 2 students stabbed

Abbotsford Senior Secondary is in lockdown after two students were stabbed on Tuesday, November 1 in the afternoon.

According to Abbotsford Police, officers are on scene at the high school. They have confirmed two victims are injured and a suspect is in custody.

Abbotsford Middle School has been placed on a ‘Shelter In Place’ status as precautionary measure, says Abbotsford School District.

UPDATE: November 1 – 8:15 pm

One of the teenagers in this afternoon’s stabbing incident at a high school in Abbotsford has succumbed to her injuries, Abbotsford Police has confirmed. Another teenager is in hospital and in stable condition.
