Two men seriously injured after double shooting in Abbotsford

The Abbotsford Police Department say a double shooting has resulted in the hospitalization of two men in serious condition.

At around 9:30 p.m. on Thursday night, police were called to the 33300 block of Hawthorne Avenue after shots were fired. Upon arrival, officers found two men, one 21 and the other 22, with gunshot wounds inside a home. They were both taken to hospital with serious injuries.

The Abbotsford Police Department had crime detectives and forensic investigators on scene throughout the night, and they believe the shooting may have been targeted. No suspects have been identified yet.
