A.C.E. Benefit Concert @ Caprice Night Club November 15, 2009

DH Vancouver Staff Nov 11, 2009 12:45 am

A good friend of ours at The Buzz is putting together a benefit concert this weekend. She asked if we could help spread the word and of course we’d be more than happy to do so. So here is some info on the charity component.

The Kinamba project was established originally by local people in response to a local need for the poorest children to go to school.

They now have a feeding program that feeds the under privileged students who can not get enough at home. All students get one meal a day, however due to a lack money only some get another. Since they all can’t be fed multiple meals a day, those who need it most get more. The program is set up to eventually be run by the community.
We would like to use our talent and sources to help them out and raise up as much money as we can for them. We hope you feel the same way.

100% of proceeds go towards educating and feeding children in Africa through this project.
