A new proposal is out for the old Petro Canada site at the corner of Cambie and Marine Drive, diagonally across from the Marine Gateway project. Wesgroup Properties has applied to the City of Vancouver to rezone 8175 Cambie Street and 519 SW Marine Drive, and 8180 – 8192 Lord Street.
The proposal calls for three buildings, one at 31 storeys, another at 12 storeys and the last one a three storey building with a daycare and community amenity space. The mixed-use development includes retail at the bottom and 368 residential units in the two taller towers.
