What: Part of a series of events created to unify dancers and the public with free workshops taught by some of Vancouver and the Lower Mainland’s best dancers. Workshops this week include House, Hip Hop, Top Rock and Hustle. There’ll also be free food, including sushi and fruit, and free non-alcoholic drinks.

What: A walking tour and immersive meditation workshop deep in the Stanley Park forest. While learning about the Embodied Cognition meditation practice, you’ll be able to experience nature’s beauty with a heightened sense of awe and wonder.
Where: Meet at the English Bay Inukshuk – 1700 Beach Avenue, Vancouver; hike finishes at Third Beach to watch the sunset at the weekly drum circle.
