29-year-old wanted for failing to return to Vancouver halfway house

Vancouver Police are asking for the public’s assistance to locate a 29-year-old man wanted Canada-wide for being unlawfully at large.

Kenneth Solowan is a federal offender serving a two-year-and-seven-month sentence for robbery, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and operation of a motor vehicle for flight.

Solowan is 5’9″ tall, weighs 190 lbs., has brown and grey hair, and a tattoo of “Ashley” on his upper back. He was last seen wearing a black jacket with a jersey underneath.

Solowan failed to return to his Vancouver halfway house and is unlawfully at large.

Anyone who sees or has information on the whereabouts of Kenneth Solowan is asked not to approach him, but call 9-1-1 immediately.
