The BC Coroners Service has confirmed that a 22-year-old man fell to his death in Vancouver’s Stanley Park on Saturday.

The individual has been identified as Abbotsford resident Mai David Huy Huynh who was at Prospect Point. He was spending time with friends when he went missing.

Just after 6 p.m., he was found on the seawall – about 70 metres from the top of Prospect Point.

Vancouver Police have released few details at this time, but it is not believed to be suspicious of nature. The police and BC Coroners Service are investigating the death.

Huynh studied at the UBC Sauder School of Business and was interning at KPMG.
