A new apparel brand out of Victoria is bringing cities together for sports fans.

2 City Sports was founded by four Business of Commerce, Entrepreneurial Management students at Royal Roads University in Victoria, Canada.

They’re still in their infancy, but 2 City Sports plans to ramp up production of apparel for sports fans that love teams in more than one city.

“You love sports. You love your teams. You love your city. But those aren’t necessarily the same thing, and in the same place,” 2 City Sports co-founder Aynsley Scott explained. “We are creating unique and eye-catching sports apparel that lets you show your support for two cities, two teams in one custom design.”

For now, the company is producing Vancouver-Seattle apparel, but the plan is to extend to other cities, with Toronto-Detroit on the radar.

The best part is that 100% of proceeds will go to support the You Can Play organization.

“Right To Play Canada is the charity we chose to benefit as their efforts to teach and enrich the lives of disadvantaged children around the world is extremely important to 2 City Sports as a company,” Scott said. “We are attempting to translate our widespread access to sport in North America to assist those who are not as fortunate as us. Play is highly important in early childhood education, and teaches children conflict resolution team building.”

Why should your sporting apparel be? #rightToPlay #2citySports #teamSports #fan #canucks #seahawks
