To celebrate 125 years of national parks in Canada, the Canadian Parks and Wilderness Society is inviting you to create a short video about one of Canada’s national parks and the deadline is approaching fast, October 12th, 2010 to be exact!

Tell the world why you think the park you’ve chosen is so amazing – and you could win great prizes! Just check out this awesome rap video entry I happened to stumble upon:

You have a chance to win: a guided trip for two down the world-famous South Nahanni River, a Flip Camera, Mountain Equipment Co-op certificates or one-year Parks Canada passes! And the winning video will be screened at the Vancouver International Mountain Film Festival ( http://www.vimff.org ) !
Just tell CPAWS on video what makes your favourite Canadian national park so awesome! You can be as simple or as creative as you like with the video. Just keep it under 2 minutes.

Go to: http://celebrateparks.ca to enter.
