This spring, Toronto is invited to lose itself in the dazzling world of Yayoi Kusama, the mastermind behind the phenomenal art exhibit Infinity Mirrors.

After a very successful tour throughout the US, Infinity Mirrors will be making its only Canadian tour stop at the AGO, where visitors will have the opportunity to experience six of Kusama’s most iconic kaleidoscopic environments at once.

And now, AGO members get tickets to the hottest show in town.

The AGO will be releasing its first tickets to members on Tuesday, December 12 at noon. Tickets to the general public go on sale Tuesday, January 16 at noon.

Created by the 87-year-old Japanese artist, Infinity Mirrors will feature various large-scale, whimsical installations and key paintings, sculptures and works on paper from the early 1950s to the present.

However, due to the unique nature of Infinity Mirrors and the popularity of the artist, there will only be select tickets sold in specific time slots. Visitors are advised to be early and to not miss their ticketed time, as late entry is not guaranteed.

The AGO said that visitors will have a limit of 20 to 30 seconds in each of the 6 rooms, and the wait time for each room is estimated at 20 minutes.

This exhibition is timed ticketed. Be early and don’t miss your ticketed time.
