Are you curious about bees?

Now you can learn about beekeeping in the heart of Toronto.

The Toronto Beekeepers Collective is organizing a day of lectures and demos all about urban beekeeping.

The February 11 event will include information about: The Life and Times of the Honeybee, what urban beekeepers do and how you can get involved, the Ontario Bee Act and what it means for keeping backyard bees and bees at your cottage or farm, the use of products derived from bees as medicine, and much more.

The event will have a market place that will offer a range of bee products like honey, skin care, and beekeeping equipment.

So check it out, and learn all about our little honey makers.
