It’s Hollywood North along King Street this week, and that means, road closures and TTC diversions.

The 42nd annual Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) will be taking place at various locations throughout the downtown core from Thursday, September 7 to Sunday, September 17.

Throughout the event, King Street West will be closed from Peter Street to University Avenue to accommodate events and parties from September 7 to 11. The closure will allow for the annual Festival Street.

As well, the TTC will be rerouting the 504 King and 514 Cherry streetcars during the closure.

Routes will operate as follows:

504 King streetcar service will divert eastbound via Queen St. between Spadina Ave. and Church St. and westbound between Spadina Ave. and York St.
504 King rush hour weekday bus service will divert between Spadina and University Aves. via Richmond and Adelaide Sts.
514 Cherry/304 King (night) service will divert via Richmond and Adelaide Sts. eastbound between Spadina Ave. and Church St. and westbound between York St. and Spadina Ave.
304 King shuttle bus service will be available from 2 am to 6 am and operate between Parliament St. and Bathurst Ave.

So if you are heading out along King West this week, keep these closures in mind and keep that camera handy.
