Valentine’s Day is fast approaching and reservation books are filling up fast.

Here’s a running tally of Toronto restaurants offering special menus meant to woo with cocktails, aphrodisiacs, and luxe ingredients galore.

Auberge du Pommier

The St. Valentin Tasting Menu on offer at this modern French restaurant is overflowing with luxe ingredients. Priced at $155 per person (or $215 with wine pairings), the menu from Chef Malcolm Campbell features selections like foie gras terrine, crispy frog legs and   braised escargot, Provimi veal tenderloin, and more.

Cactus Club

Rob Feenie celebrates Valentine’s Day with a three-course prix fixe menu offered for $60 that opens with a glass of Cava before moving on to soup or salad starters, and selections prawn spaghettini or four mushroom sirloin mains, and dessert.
