Toronto teacher arrested for sexual exploitation of high school student

The Toronto police are informing the public of an east end high school teacher who was arrested in connection to a sexual exploitation investigation.

According to police, Carlo Rossi, a teacher at Danforth Collegiate and Technical Institute, on more that one occasion had “inappropriate conversations of a sexual nature on school property” with a boy who is a student this past September.

Members of the Child & Youth Advocacy Centre (CYAC) conducted an investigation and on Tuesday, November 27, 61-year-old Rossi of Vaughan was arrested.

Rossi was charged with sexual exploitation and invitation to sexual touching.

He was scheduled to appear in court at College Park Court on Wednesday, November 28.
